Jess Raines

Chairman Raines is a CPA and currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Alliance Industries Incorporated. He is native to southeast Ohio, having attended Morgan County Schools before attending Marietta College. He has remained active in the community, previously serving as Chairman of the Muskingum Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross and Chief Financial Officer of the Morgan Education Foundation. Raines is a Freemason and served as Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Ohio from 2018-19. He was unanimously elected to a second 4-year term as Chairman of the Marietta Delt Educational Foundation in 2024.
