The yearly large, framed composite photograph of the Epsilon Upsilon Chapter provides a visual and historical record of the men who have passed through the Chapter.

Epsilon Upsilon’s composite history begins in 1967, when the Crescent Colony at Marietta College emerged from the Beta Delta Epsilon local fraternity. From that year on, all the composites have been produced by New York-based Vantine.

The cost of each year’s composite is borne by the Undergraduates in the Chapter at the time, but the Marietta Delt Alumni Association & House Corporation is the owner of all of the composites and is responsible for maintaining and repairing them. Epsilon Upsilon Historian David Broome ‘88 is the MDAA officer in charge of the collection. He performs annual inspections to deter and mitigate damage and deterioration.
